Shipping and Returns

Shipping your package.

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, this time may be extended by 24 hours if it is necessary to assemble a pair of wheels.

They are shipped via french agent La Poste and its Colissimo service with a tracking number. According with the destination country, the local delivery agent can be different.



Three options are available depending on your location:

  • Colissimo delivery to your home without signature.
  • Colissimo delivery to your home with signature.
  • Colissimo delivery to collection point against signature.


Prices adapt according to the number of packages needed for shipping, and the amount to be insured if applicable.


JF BIKES cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transport, or for the loss or theft of packages. At the time of delivery, you have the right to express reservations about the condition of the goods. In this case, this must be expressly written at the time of delivery. You have the right to demand that the parcel be opened in the presence of the delivery person or an employee of the collection point, in order to check the goods. If a parcel is presented to you damaged and/or contains damage, it must be checked and refused. 

Ownership of the goods is transferred to you when you, or a third party chosen by you, take physical possession of the goods. (articles L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code)

You are reminded that you have a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier and JF BIKES of any damage or partial loss noted on delivery.

If you do not express any reservations at the time of delivery and do not notify the carrier and JF BIKES of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery within three (3) days following delivery. No recourse will be possible.

In the event of non-delivery of a parcel by the carrier, JF BIKES reserves a period of 30 days from the date of your notification to return the goods. This period corresponds to the search time required by the carrier to find and return the undelivered parcel. After this period, the parcel will be presumed lost and the order will be resent to you. 

In the exceptional case where a third party and unknown person receives, with signature, a parcel intended for you and in any case, victim of an act of identity theft, JF BIKES can not be held responsible for the non-receipt of the goods and you can not obtain compensation from JF BIKES. (Article L. 221-15 of the French Consumer Code).

For any purchase made on the website www.Pulse-bikeparts.com or www.Bemor-bikeparts.com, the buyer has 14 days from the receipt date to return the product(s) ordered.

The products must not have been used or have traces of assembly, and must be returned in their original packaging.

It is the buyer's responsibility to take all necessary precautions so that the products are properly protected during transport.


The return cost is the responsibility of the buyer.


  • If an order is returned in full, the products and costs associated with initial transportation are refunded.
  • If an order is partially returned, only the returned products are refunded.
