Bemor® BMX Carbon Handlebar

Bemor® handlebars are handcrafted from intermediate modulus carbon-graphene composite fiber.

Under the forged carbon, we opted to use carbon-graphene fibers for the handlebar's structure. Although more difficult to work with and costlier than unidirectional (UD) fiber, 90° woven fibers provide strength in two dimensions. Consequently, shear resistance is significantly higher. While conventional UD fibers have a more chaotic structure, woven fibers are organized, reducing the risk of defects within the carbon itself.

This choice results in a lightweight and comfortable monocoque handlebar with good impact resistance and high fatigue resistance. The handlebars have undergone fatigue resistance tests at 2 million repetitions.

The design of Bemor® handlebars is intended to be elegant and discreet, close to the design of alloy handlebars. The matt finish offer discretion and the under-varnish logos provide a neat finish.

Combined with a Bemor® stem, you will obtain the lightest cockpit on the market. (<700g)
