The Bemor® v2 composite rims are engineered using 100% carbon-graphene fiber. This high-performance material stands out for its exceptional lightness and extremely high tensile strength.

 

The Bemor® v2 rims undergo an additional thermal treatment through graphitization at temperatures exceeding 3000 °C. At this temperature, the carbon atoms adopt a crystalline structure known as graphene, increasing tensile and compressive strength by approximately 20%.

 

The HTG255 resin has been specifically developed to create optimal bonds with carbon atoms. This property ensures highly effective fiber-to-resin cohesion, resulting in a rim that is stronger despite its reduced weight.

 

The Bemor® v2 rims also feature a completely redesigned architecture.

 

They incorporate so-called “semi-hook” tire hooks. This geometry provides a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm compared to 1.8 mm on a conventional design. The rim gains improved impact resistance while enhancing tire retention.

 

Inspired by technologies used in advanced engineering industries, the “honeycomb” structured rim sidewalls improve resistance to critical stresses while delivering a distinctive visual identity. Beyond the rigidity threshold, the structure is capable of greater deformation before failure, improving the rim’s mechanical tolerance.

 

The rims feature two distinct heights: 24 mm and 25.5 mm. This variation is made possible through the use of orthodromic fiber geometry around each spoke hole. The fibers follow the shortest path between two points in order to optimize the support of loads generated by spoke tension. This technology provides advantageous mechanical stability while minimizing material usage in lower-stress areas.

 

Each rim is entirely handmade with meticulous attention to detail and finishing quality. The grey graphics are protected beneath a UV-resistant clear coat, ensuring excellent durability without peeling during bike washing.

 

These rims are certified compliant with ISO 4210 standards.
