Pulse® Elite Crankset

The Pulse® Elite crankset offers an exceptional stiffness/price/weight ratio.

The cranks are 100% CNC machined from 7050 aluminum with T6 heat treatment. This alloy offers three times the fatigue strength of 6061 aluminum, and is stiffer than 7075 aluminum. The cranks are then lightly sandblasted before undergoing quality anodization and laser engraving.

The cranks are more or less hollowed out depending on their size. The shorter sizes are more hollowed out than the longer sizes, which are reinforced.

Supplied with assembly screws, steel chainring screws and pedal washers.

Our cranksets are manufactured and machined from high-end materials to ensure optimal strength and performance for the practice of Race BMX, while respecting constraints beyond the official standard in force: NF EN 16054 (Authorization ES04/22/0557 carried out in France). It is your duty to take care of your equipment and to scrupulously respect the assembly and maintenance protocol. Our cranksets are guaranteed against all hidden defects and manufacturing defects that have escaped our vigilance. If you damage your equipment by using it inappropriately, by neglecting the assembly instructions or by damaging it following an impact, caused by sharp objects, by twisting, compression, a fall, an abnormal impact and other actions beyond the control of Pulse®, the warranty cannot apply. Have your crankset assembled by a professional with a torque wrench.

• Chainring screws (4 x 5mm BTR screws): 10-15Nm (steel screws)
• Central star screws (3 x 25 Torx screws): 9-10Nm
• Left crank tightening screw (2 x 5mm BTR screws): 15-17Nm
• Axle compression screw (1 x 10mm BTR screw)
• Before tightening the crank screws: 0.5-2Nm
• After tightening the crank screws: 40-50Nm (aluminium model)
• After tightening the crank screws: 7-10Nm (composite plastic model)
• Tightening the pedals: 35-50Nm
